06:30: The car and tour guide pick up guests at a hotel in the center of Huế city. Depart for Phong Nha – Kẻ Bàng National Park. On the way, guests will visit La Vang Holy Land (known as the “Little Vatican”). Then, the car and tour guide will take guests along National Highway 1A and introduce historical sites such as Quang Tri Ancient Citadel, Doc Mieu Base, Hien Luong Bridge, and Ben Hai River…

Note: The tour bus will move slowly along the route to allow guests to take photos, but it will NOT stop, as the journey is long and the main destination is Phong Nha Cave.

11h45: Arrive at Phong Nha – Kẻ Bàng and have lunch at Phong Nha Restaurant with a Quang Binh cuisine set menu.

13:00: Guests will take a boat tour to explore Phong Nha Cave along the Son River, admire the natural beauty along the riverbanks, and discover the wonders of this magnificent cave.

15:30: Guests check in at the hotel and have free time to rest and explore Phong Nha at night (dinner at your own expense).

06:00: Guests have breakfast, enjoy a morning stroll, and complete check-out procedures before 11:00.

10:40: The car and tour guide will pick up guests to visit Paradise Cave, known as an underground royal palace.

11:30: Guests stop to rest and have lunch at a restaurant in Phong Nha.

14:30: Depart to explore Paradise Cave (featuring numerous stalactites and stalagmites in diverse shapes and colors, naturally formed over more than 300 million years).

15:30:Say goodbye to Quang Binh as guests board the bus back to Hue.

17:30:Arrive in Huế, drop off guests at the designated location, bid farewell, and conclude the tour.

CHILDREN’S POLICY

•  Children under 5 years old: Free of charge. Families are responsible for meals. Children sit on their parents’ lap. (2 adults can accompany 1 child for free; from the 2nd child onwards, 50% of the tour price applies.)
•  Children from 5 to 9 years old: 50% of the tour price. They have a seat on the vehicle and meals are the same standard as adults.
•  Children 10 years old and above: 100% of the tour price.

NOTE

•  The order of sightseeing spots in the program may be adjusted to suit practical conditions. However, no activities will be canceled or changed without the group’s agreement.

•  Guests should arrive at the pick-up point 15 minutes in advance. Guests who are late after the vehicle has departed or cancel the tour without prior notice will be charged as
a “same-day cancellation.”

•  Guests must bring their original ID card or passport, travel light, and avoid bringing large suitcases. Children must be accompanied by their parents; if not, a consent form
to tour with a relative is required, and the child must carry a birth certificate or passport.

•  Guests are responsible for managing their own money and belongings during the tour.

•  The tour program serves as a memorandum between the customer and the company. Any inquiries or complaints will be resolved based on the program regulations and the receipt.
